ZKM | Archives
On the one hand, the ZKM | Archives offer access, to documents relating to the history of the ZKM and the ZKM | Collection, and on the other hand, to archives that artists, theoreticians, curators, collectors, and publishers handed over to the ZKM to develop and make accessible to the public.
The ZKM | Archives invite scholars and those interested in art and music to discover new perspectives on the art of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries through books, journals, correspondence, photographs, drawings, videos, and audio recordings.
Included in the ZKM | Archives are, among other archives: Het Apollohuis, Max Bense and Elisabeth Walther, Experiments in Art and Technology, Reinhard Döhl, Herman Heiß, Infermental, Hiroshi Kawano, Heinrich Klotz, Merve-Verlag, Radical Software, Ed Sommer, and Ira Schneider
