ZKM | Audio Collection
The ZKM houses a collection of musical works including more than 13,000 titles. These are predominantly works of electroacoustic and computer-assisted music. The audio collection is managed by the ZKM | Media Library.
The heart of the collection is the »International Digital Electroacoustic Music Archive (IDEAMA)«. IDEAMA is among the early systematic study editions on electroacoustic music and, from 1990 on, was one of the first music archives of audio CDs to be distributed by ZKM and CCRMA | Center for Computer Research in Music and Acoustics at Stanford University. IDEAMA contains 569 titles.
