Public Tours

Our guided tours provide participants with an overview of the development and the programs of the ZKM, and give introductions to the concept and theme of contemporary exhibitions.

In the so-called Action Guided Tours, the groups have the opportunity to be creative themselves after visiting the exhibition together.

Transgressions – Theologians Meet Contemporary Art

One of the special forms of public tour is the »Transgressions«. In a collaborative project between the Training Center Karlsruhe and the Protestant Church, a theologian and an art teacher provide a tour through the ZKM exhibitions, prompting lively intellectual transgressions.
Take part in a discussion between church and art and enter into discussion in front of the original work of art in a group of up twenty persons.
The current date can be found in the Program Calendar
