Sound Dome Concert
Sat, November 08, 2008 7 pm CET, Concert
With the installed, dome-shaped Sound Dome, including 47 loudspeakers that can be adjusted and distributed in the space and on the ceiling, the ZKM | Institute for Music and Acoustics has created an instrument for the spatial representation of moving light-sound perfomances. On this evening, the control software “Zirkonium” developed at the ZKM and a color laser will provide an innovative synaesthesis.

Audible at the ZKM_Foyer with Karl-Sczuka-Preis-Archiv and Collecting Sounds of the ZKM | Institute for Music and Acoustics.
