Open House 2010
Wed, January 06, 2010 10 am CET, Celebration
As is tradition, on Twelfth Day, there is free admission to the ZKM to have a look at the work that goes on there. The staff offers special guided tours to the research projects of the three institutes in the exhibition “IMAGINING MEDIA@ZKM,” as well as “Backstage” tours of the ZKM_Cube, the music studios and also the video collection of the Lab for Antiquated Video Systems. Along with several participation-
based events from ZKM | Museum Communications, the Institute for Media, Education, and Economy will present its TV project “Der Baum biegt sich in jungen Jahren,” which has garnered a great deal of attention throughout the country with its spots for migrants. You can even take home a bit of ZKM—a poster from one of the many exhibitions.
