The digital revolution is challenging culture, but also offering lots of new options. For this reason, we would like to take a closer look at the wishes and requirements of the cultural institutions of Baden-Württemberg in the digital era with you as part of a conference.
 
We invite you, as the representative of an important cultural facility, to take part in the workshops, moderated specialist fora and plenary speeches. Talk to experts about the best cases and best practices from the fields of archives, libraries and museums on October 20, 2015.

The symposium will be opened by Jürgen Walter (State Secretary in the Ministry of Science, Research and the Arts), Frank Mentrup (Mayor of the city of Karlsruhe) and Peter Weibel (Chairman of the ZKM). Plenary speeches will be presented by Roberto Simanowski (English Department and School of Creative Media, City University Hongkong), Gerald Maier (B-W National Archive), Georg Hohmann (Deutsches Museum Munich) and Martin Roth (Victoria & Albert Museum, London).
