As part of the »GLOBAL CONTROL AND CENSORSHIP« exhibition, the lectures and subsequent discussion highlight the German intelligence service (BND) – both from an artistic and documentary perspective and from a historical point of view.

Together with the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution (BfV) and the Military Counterintelligence Service (MAD), the German intelligence service (BND) is one of the three Federal intelligence agencies in Germany. As a foreign intelligence agency, its task is acquiring knowledge which is important to the Federal Republic in terms of foreign policy and security policy.
