Biography
Alexandr Wolodarskij moved with his family to Germany in 2002 (Weiden, later Nuremberg), where he graduated from high school. From 2008 he studied at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. In 2009 he was arrested after organizing an art-activist action in Kiev, in 2010 he was taken to court, and in 2011 was committed to a penal colony for a year, but was released after five months. In 2012 he returned to his studies in Germany. From 2010 to 2012 he was a member of the Ukrainian student syndicate Direct Action, from 2011 to the present he has been a member of the anarcho-syndicalist Autonomous Union of Workers. Since 2010 he is a member of the artist, curatorial, and art-activist association Hudrada [art council].
