- Biography
Isidoro Reguera has been a full professor of philosophy at the University of Extremadura (Cáceres, Spain) since 1984. He is the Spanish translator of Peter Sloterdijk, Richard David Precht, Soma Morgenstern, Hans Blumenberg, Franz Rosenzweig, and Wolfgang Welsch as well as Kant, Nietzsche, Wittgenstein, Heidegger and other German philosophers. He is a regular contributor to the arts section of El País and is also the author of numerous books and scholarly writings, including “Das Menschliche und das Tierische. Betrachtungen über Wolfgang Welschs jüngste und Ludwig Wittgensteins letzte Schriften,” in C. Tewes, K. Vieweg (eds.), Natur und Geist. Über ihre evolutionäre Verhältnisbestimmung (Akademie Verlag, Berlin, 2011) and “Peter Sloterdijk,” in C. Peñaranda, C.
