Notes for your visit

during the Covid-19 pandemic

In order to make your visit to the museum an untroubled pleasure, we have worked out distance and hygiene guidelines that enable us all to visit the museum in a responsible manner.

Dear visitors,

Due to the continuing very high number of infections, the ZKM, in coordination with other museums in Baden-Württemberg, continues to require visitors to wear a mask (medical or FFP2 mask).

This measure serves to protect you as well as the ZKM staff.

We thank you for your understanding!

What do I have to consider?

In the entire ZKM, masks are compulsory for all visitors. All visitors aged 18 and older must wear a FFP-2 or medical mask.

If you have cold symptoms, you are not allowed to enter the ZKM. The hygiene standards of the German Federal Center for Health Education apply.

Our staff will work with you to be aware of the hygiene and distance rules. Please take into account any advice you may receive from ZKM staff.

How do I move around?

Throughout the ZKM, a minimum distance of at least 1.5 meters must be maintained from people who have not entered the ZKM together.

Please note the changed routing at the entrances and exits.

We would like to ask you not to use the foyer as a lounge, as we must avoid accumulations of groups.
