In Boomerang, a control keyboard merges into a finger swiping across a surface. This artistically anticipated and critically scrutinised the gesture and swipe controls that are now commonplace in the digital world - 10 years before the internet was invented and 27 years before the first iPhone with swipe controls came onto the market.

Now we are experiencing how not only bodies and user interfaces are merging, but how our ability to think can hardly be distinguished from artificial intelligence. The boomerang is a tool that can strike back.
