Jinjoon Lee
- Biography
Dr. Jinjoon Lee is a gardener cultivating light, sound, and East-Asian utopian visions in liminal spaces. His practice explores concepts for future performance space, sound sculpture, and liminoid experiences based on the interaction of humans, computers, and nature. After graduating from Seoul National University, he received an MA from the Royal College of Art in London, and a DPhil from the Ruskin School of Art, University of Oxford. Currently, he is an assistant professor at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) and researches Art & Technology with leading interdisciplinary AI researchers like Dr. Andrew Gambardella in his TX Lab at KAIST.
