Join us for a Tea Ceremony celebrating the orchard!
Closing the Festival »Media art is here«, the Bee Boarding School is offering a Rajah Lebah Honey Tea Ceremony. A Rajah is a type of amulet that uses calligraphy or written symbols – letters, sentences, or signs – as a medium to capture and transmit certain energies. These energies are believed to aid in healing, protection, safety, matchmaking, fortune, warding off bad luck, and more. The 'Rajah Lebah' (The Bee Amulet) will be activated during a honey tea ceremony, with a beeswax accompaniment by Edi and Hanna and using herbs from Majalengka and the orchard.
In case of bad weather, the ceremony will take place at the ZKM Medialounge (1st floor).
