The Kitchen_Ferm_Lab travels to Asia and brings the wisdom of bokashi use for your garden to the ZKM.
After we looked at making bokashi buckets in March, this workshop takes the next step - digestion options for your fermented food waste (e.g. Terra Preta).
The workshop will take place online. Please register at least one week in advance, as we would like to mail you some special ingredients for the preparation.

Digital requirements: Stable internet connection, video conferencing capability (camera and microphone). The workshop will take place online via Zoom. The Zoom link will be sent shortly before the workshop starts.
