Biography
Luca Danieli is a PhD candidate at the University of Birmingham, studying mixed music composition with Scott Wilson. He previously studied in Italy with Nicola Bernardini and in Greece with Iannis Zannos.
His current research addresses the notion of mimesis as an aural process for structuring music, and the notions of convergence and divergence as techniques for extending musical cadences and closes within the musical discourse.
