Open Hertzlab: Spectral Haven

Experience technology, music and sound art up close: once a month in the "Open Hertzlab" we give you an insight into the current state of our research. Our guest artists from the ZKM | Hertzlab talk about the projects they are currently working on. We also invite groups to join us in tinkering, screwing and learning.

This time we'll be showing you the new VR experience "Spectral Haven":

"Spectral Haven" is set in a future that could be now: How do we deal with the machine and AI-driven service industry that is increasingly dominating our everyday lives? What lies behind the human desire to create and merge with a synthetic consciousness? And what happens once we have achieved this? In the VR experience, you can experience first-hand what life as a service robot feels like.
