Bernd Lintermann, Torsten Belschner: Sono reMorphed (2007) (Opening)
Sat, April 07, 2007 , Opening
"SonoMorphis" is an attempt to creatively translate into graphics and sound, the results of Bernd Lintermann’s and Torsten Belschner’s studies of open systems in the field of computer technology. The interactive installation will premiere at the ZKM_Cube as "Sono reMorphed" in a unique adaptation for two technically innovative audio-visual environments developed at ZKM: the PanoramaScreen of the ZKM | Institute for Visual Media, a panoramic projection environment that is stereoscopically realized through six projectors, and the Klangdom at the ZKM | Institute for Music and Acoustics, an immersive 43-channel sound environment.
