Yuchin Chen

Yuchin Chen is a Taiwanese multimedia artist. In her works, she explores the feelings of harmony/disharmony and association/dissociation between the self and the environment. Through her interest in and practice of body perception and the integration of space into the creative process, she draws attention to how the self experiences and perceives time and space and how these shape our sense of physical presence and embodiment or vice versa.

Since October 2024, Yuchin Chen has been a fellow in the ZKM | Hertzlab program “Spatial Storytelling”, which is funded by the Fördergesellschaft ZKM / HfG e. V.
