Erick Felinto

Erick Felinto is a professor of media studies at Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ) since 1999. He is the author of several books on film studies, literary theory, and cyberculture. He holds a PhD in comparative literature from UERJ and the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He is scientific director of the Associação Brasileira de Pesquisadores em Cibercultura [Brazilian Association of Researchers in Cyberculture] (ABCiber), and researcher at the Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico [Brazilian National Council for Scientific and Technological Development] (CNPq).
