Jérôme Thomas

Biography
Jérôme Thomas’ work is spread out among (sound) installations, sculptures, videos, and films. Above and beyond their differences, whether they be narratives, objects, or drawings, all of Thomas’ works explore a point of tension, where things or beings fall, shatter, break, and disperse. He has exhibited internationally, including at Nasher Museum of Art in Durham (US), Nabi Arts Center of Seoul, Espace CCF in Hanoi, Novosibirsk State Art Museum (RU), Cinémathèque Française in Paris (FR). Currently, he is writing a screenplay for a feature film and finishing a DVD catalog for five films on behalf of the Césaré (Betheny, FR). He is also codirector of the video workshop at ESADS in Strasbourg (FR) and director of a film production and postproduction company in Nancy (FR).
