Advanced Training for Teaching Staff

In cooperation with the Center for School Quality and Teacher Training [Zentrum für Schulqualität und Lehrerbildung] (ZSL) Baden-Württemberg, the ZKM | Museum Communication offers advanced courses for teachers at specified dates.

The subjects and events for all types of schools are directed at all teachers who wish to continue their training in the sphere of fine art and the new media, and to use up-to-date programs for future creative applications.

We give courses, among others, about image editing programs with freeware, creative projects using the iPad, creating designs and layouts with Adobe InDesign and we discuss such phenomena as the social networks on the internet. The events take place at the ZKM, and are thus in the immediate vicinity of the exhibitions and works of art which provide inspiration for the content of the artistic works. Highly qualified experts and free (media) artists from all areas provide you with inspiration for your teaching.
