Eyes thus see eyes; the observer is observed. A closed circuit is created. If you look closely, you can see the camera in the pupil of the eye, which means that you can also see the imaging organ. Here Weibel reflects on the directness and subjectivity of the gaze, which is simulated in the walkable video installation, on its technical and physical conditions.
