The University of Music Karlsruhe as Guest at ZKM | Institute for Music and Acoustics

The Institute for New Music and Media and the Institute for Music Science and Computer Music of the University of Music Karlsruhe presents contemporary music in three concerts. The electronic works and pieces of work were produced in the ComputerStudio, headed by Thomas A. Troge since 1993.
Offered in the concert by Wolfgang Rihm’s composition class will be vocal and chamber music compositions by the emerging composers. This year’s portrait concert is dedicated to young, talented composer Birke J. Bertelsmeier. In the end, the studio concert again bears unexpected new technological developments and acoustic-electronic experiments presented by computer music students majoring in Sonic Arts.
