Current developments, such as Big Data, Technology 4.0, NSA and surveillance, social media, as well as censorship are presented and discussed in a novel way. The ZKM Knowledge Show has the public assume the active role of moderator, and to democratically co-determine the course of the event.
 
The Knowledge Show takes place as part of the Knowledge Festival EFFEKTE at the Pavilion in the Karlsruhe Schlossgarten.
