
After a long break, essential pieces of the collection of the Staatliche Kunsthalle Karlsruhe are now open to the public again - as a guest at the ZKM | Karlsruhe. We cordially invite you to the opening.
The Kunsthalle shows paintings and sculptures from the late Middle Ages to the present on around 2,000 square meters of floorspace – a cross-section of its collection featuring popular major works by the following artists: Matthias Grünewald, Hans Baldung Grien, Rembrandt, Rubens, Chardin, Cézanne, Gauguin, Beckmann, Max Ernst, René Magritte, Joan Miró, Gerhard Richter, Pia Fries, and Karin Sander.

The evening will feature contributions from the Kunsthalle team and students from the Hochschule für Musik.
On the opening weekend, an accompanying program with talks, lectures, guided tours and music will be offered to all visitors free of charge.
