The Kitchen_Ferm_Lab travels to Asia and brings the traditional methods of kimchi production to Karlsruhe. In our workshop series "Kimchi, Koji, Community Bokashi" we deal with the multifaceted topic of fermentation, i.e. the preservation and refinement of food. 

The workshops will take place online. Please register at least one week in advance, as we would like to mail you some special ingredients for the preparation.

Digital requirements: Stable internet connection, video conferencing capability (camera and microphone). The workshop will take place online via Zoom. The Zoom link will be sent shortly before the workshop starts.
