Biography
The concept of “telewissen” [teleknowledge] was coined in 1970 by Hans and Herbert Schuhmacher; they worked in various groupings under this name (among others, with Klaus Dumuscheit and Rolf Schnieders) as video artists and producers of documentary videos.
