»Kopf Über« – Project Vernissage

The project »Kopf Über« [»Headfirst«] by the ZKM | Museum Communication turns conventional notions of the museum on its head: children and youth (12 to 14 years-old ) of the Karlsruhe Gutenberg School have been peeking behind the scenes every Friday at the ZKM since November 2014. They have been discovering museum operations from a different perspective and testing out newly acquired knowledge themselves.
 
The project results are presented on Saturday, April 4, 2015 from 3 p.m. till 5 p.m. at the ZKM. The special highlights of the public presentation include: a mobile exhibition space which the youth design and implement themselves, as well as a robot presentation.
