The Dynamic Screen

With the international BEYOND film festival, Karlsruhe is once again the centre of the 3D world.
Under this year’s motto »The Dynamic Screen«, the latest and most innovative films in stereoscopic 3D, new dimensions of »moving images«, three-dimensional space and time narratives and the future of digital realities will be investigated.
In cooperation with China, the »Silk Road Program« will be presented for the first time in 2015 and will present the »3D Silk Road Award«. With the title of »Made in Karlsruhe«, another focal point will be the wide variety of themes of the artists based in Karlsruhe, who have dedicated themselves to the creative further development of the 3D medium.
BEYOND. The Dynamic Screen provides perspectives about the future of technology and new insights into our present.
