Richard Mosse
Biography
Richard Mosse (*1980, Kilkenny, IR) is based in Paris, FR. He studied at the King’s College, Goldsmiths, London Consortium, GB, and Yale School of Art, US. Mosse is known for investigating the documentary status of photography. His practice addresses issues such as environmental destruction, forced migration, conflict, and political violence, with a critical emphasis on perception, ethics, and the politics of image making.
