Rabea Otto

Rabea Otto studied history and German language and literature at the University of Tübingen and the University of Sheffield, and completed the MATILDA master’s program in European Women’s and Gender History at Ruhr University Bochum and the University of Vienna. Her research focuses on gender history and social movements in the context of urban history. After completing a traineeship, she began working as a curator at the Stadtmuseum Kassel.

She was part of the curatorial team for the special exhibition “Kids’ Stuff for Everyone! How Play Brings Us Together” at the Stadtmuseum Kassel (November 2025–September 2026).
