Anne-Sophie Oberkrome lives and works as an independent designer in Berlin. She studied product design at the Karlsruhe University of Arts and Design and graduated in summer 2019. During her studies she was interning at Studio Aisslinger, Berlin in 2015. In her work, she investigates contemporary developments and local phenomena, including production techniques and material. She tries to find creative points of reference in order to develop objects using formal gestures. Currently, she works on various personal projects, as well as a freelance designer for the Bureau Kilian Schindler. In summer 2020 she co-founded the Bio Design Lab at the Karlsruhe University of Arts and Design. She is part of the FAN collective.
