Biography
Christian Platz (*1997) is an art historian and curator based in Aachen. He has worked with institutions including Architekturschaufenster, ZKM | Center for Art and Media Karlsruhe, and NAK Neuer Aachener Kunstverein. His research examines emerging contemporary art, conceptual practices, object theory, institutional critique, and archival research as a means of expanding and rethinking the art-historical canon. He studied European Art History at Ruprecht-Karls University of Heidelberg and Art Research and Exhibition Design at the Karlsruhe University of Arts and Design (HfG).
