Matthew Wright
Biography
Dr. Matthew Wright is a media-systems designer, improvising composer/musician, computer-music researcher, and since August the technical director of Stanford’s CCRMA. At UC Berkeley’s CNMAT he co-invented the Open Sound Control protocol. As research director of UCSB’s CREATE he founded the CREATE Ensemble (which he still directs remotely) while primarily working in the AlloSphere.
