Thea Soti

Thea Soti is a SHAPE+ electronic musician, composer, and experimental vocalist who pushes the boundaries of the digitized and natural human voice through storytelling, installation and performance. Her work explores virtual and posthuman identities projected through voice in digital environments. She worked internationally—from Jakarta to New York, Kinshasa to Tokyo— and was invited artist at Cité internationale des Arts (Paris), Tarabya Cultural Academy (Istanbul), GMEM Marseille and Neue Musik Zentrale (Essen).

Together with Jug Marković Thea Soti has developed interdisciplinary works blending contemporary music, experimental electronics, and vocal performance. Their first collaboration, commissioned by IRCAM Paris, marked the beginning of a shared sonic language engaging voice, technology, and social relevance.
