Premières: 8th Festival for Young Film Directors

At the PREMIÈRES festival, young directors have the chance to receive attention throughout Europe. The festival was founded in 2005 as a cooperation between the Théâtre National de Straßbourg and the Strasburg city theatre, Le Maillon. After PREMÈRES taking place every year in Strasburg, for this eighth festival year the international festival will debut in Germany at the BADISCHES STAATSTHEATER KARLSRUHE.
The program includes works by young directors and bears witness to the timeliness and diversity of creation among the up-and-coming directors.
