The Kitchen_Ferm_Lab travels to Asia and brings the wisdom of bokashi use for your garden to the ZKM.
In our workshop series "Kimchi, Koji, Community Bokashi" we will explore the multifaceted topic of fermentation, i.e. the preservation and refinement of food. By using effective microorganisms, you can even ferment your food waste to produce valuable fertilizer for your plants on the balcony or in the garden. The workshop will take place online.

Digital requirements: Stable internet connection, video conferencing capability (camera and microphone). The workshop will take place online via Zoom. The Zoom link will be sent shortly before the workshop starts.
