Inge Claus-Jansen (*1940, Bochum) is a German artist and pioneer of kinetic art and Op Art.

After graduating from the Schiller School in Bochum in 1960, she studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich in the class of Ernst Geitlinger from 1960 to 1965. In 1964 she created her first static and kinetic objects and from then on experimented with industrial glass, focussing on the optical changeability of static and kinetic structures. She has worked as a freelance artist since 1965.
