App Development @ZKM

The video presents two media art apps currently developed at the ZKM | Institute for Music and Acoustics.
"Music Board" is an interactive game for music composition initiated by Peter Weibel. By flipping a board different combinations of musical sequences can be created. "Small Fish" is a relaunch of the media art classic by Kiyoshi Furukawa, Masaki Fujihata and Wolfgang Münch. It was originally produced in 1999 at ZKM and is now ported to mobile devices.
Both apps will be published before summer 2011 and will be available on the App Store for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad.
