Description
The Council of Europe's series of conferences dealing with the impact of digitization on culture was continued this year in Karlsruhe as a cooperation event with the ZKM.
The aim of this year's conference in Karlsruhe was to focus on the potential of art and science, which has so far been under-utilized, as an effective means of strengthening democracy. The tools of digital culture were discussed.
