The ZKM | Center for Art and Media leases suitable spaces for receptions, ceremonies, symposia, workshops, gala dinners, and for your personal events or functions.

In the charged field between art and architecture, an event space is available that mediates a unique ambience and is capable of meeting high technical demands.

You can rent the Foyer, the Media Theater, the Lecture Hall or a seminar room – also outside of opening hours. Your event can be combined with a guided tour through the exhibitions or with a guided tour on select topics, such as on the architect Philipp Jakob Manz. Manz designed the now listed building of the former weapons and munitions factory, which was completed in 1918, and where the ZKM | Center for Art and Media is currently housed. The museum can be opened for exclusive purposes by prior arrangement.
