Micha Pallesche
Biography
In 2015, Micha Pallesche assumed the general management role at the Ernst-Reuter-Schule in Karlsruhe. Under his leadership, the school evolved into a nationally recognized and exemplary institution, particularly noted for its multi-award-winning media education profile. In 2017, it was honored as the first Smart School by Bitkom e.V. in Baden-Württemberg. Pallesche's focus on research-based development in teaching and learning within a digital culture revolves around nurturing children to become self-effective, creative, responsible, and content individuals during their school tenure. He envisions students who approach future social challenges with curiosity and a strong commitment to democratic, participatory community processes.
Pallesche actively participates as a member of a working group within the Berlin-based Forum Bildung Digitalisierung e.V. This group supports and advises the Conference of Education Ministers on the »Education in the Digital World« strategy, with Pallesche also serving as a program advisor.
