GLOBALE: Can’t be Silent

The film »Can´t be Silent« is about Heinz Ratz and his special refugee integration project. The German musician visited a total of 80 homes for refugees, from which he brought together some superb musicians, whom he then took on tour in Germany: Thus, the combo »Strom & Wasser« emerged there and then as »Feat. The Refugees« to much popular acclaim among concert visitors. The audience not only learned something of the legal and everyday obstacles faced by group members, but also experienced some of the most beautiful concert moments of the tour.
 
Director Julia Oelkers will be present in person at the Pavilion on the evening of the screening.
