This workshop will be held in German.
The »Kitchen_Ferm_Lab« deals with the refinement of food and the cultivation of algae, fungi, bacteria and their symbioses. Where do the lactic acid bacteria come from? What environment is necessary for reproduction? What is a Scoby? How is wild yeast produced? Is there magic mold? In this workshop, which is offered in digital form, we will ferment and experiment together.
You need: A material list will reach you after registration.
Note: For some of the dates, additional materials will be sent to you by post. For this reason, registration is possible until one week before the workshop date. With your registration for the workshop, you agree that we may use your personal data to send you the workshop materials.
Digital requirements: Stable internet connection, video conferencing (camera and microphone). The workshop takes place online via Zoom. The Zoom link will be sent out shortly before the workshop starts.
