Pascal Grupe

Pascal Grupe (he / him) works as a theater educator at the Junges Staatstheater Karlsruhe. He designs workshops, discussion and encounter formats to encourage exchange and a change of perspective. His focus is on creating an interactive connection between the audience and the world of theater. Participatory processes and improvisation are not only present in his pedagogical work, but also inspire the development of innovative methods that often break with conventions and explore new ways of communicating theater.

As part of his studies in cultural and media education in Ludwigsburg, which he completed with distinction in 2017, he initiated various theater projects, including the university theater. Together with his theater collective from Ludwigsburg, he also brought theater to socio-cultural institutions in Baden-Württemberg.
