On Friday April 25, 2025 and the following weekend, the whole of Europe will celebrate the Day of the Orchard. Under the motto "Orchards are everywhere", this day of hands-on activities and experiences will feature a wide range of activities related to the intangible cultural heritage of the orchard. On this occasion, Kunstbus e.V. and ZKM | Karlsruhe cordially invite you to celebrate this day with us on Sunday, April 27, 2025. Starting at 3 pm, there will be a picnic at the Katzenwedelwiese in Beiertheim-Bulach, to which everyone is invited to bring a picnic blanket and something to eat and drink. At the same time, nature discovery games and a plant dyeing workshop will take place on the meadow. Here you can make and try your own plant dyes.
The activity is free and everyone is welcome. Children 5 years and older can participate in the workshops. Please register in advance with the age of the child.
