Beatrice Zaidenberg
Biography
After studying art history in Zurich, Berlin, and London, Beatrice Zaidenberg worked as a production assistant, art mediator, and curator. Her work at Studio Tomás Saraceno paved the way in fleshing out her field of interest. In Saraceno’s Arachnid Research Lab, she dove into the world of arachnology, which sparked her interest in interspecies communication, technology, and utopian forms of cohabitation. She investigates these topics further with three other artists in the collective LIMB. As part of her traineeship in the curatorial department at the ZKM | Center for Art and Media Karlsruhe, she co-curated the exhibition »BioMedia«, which provides insights into possible forms of coexistence between organic and inorganic agents.
