Biography

Since the end of the 1980ies, the Polish composer Jaroslaw Kapuscinski focuses in his work on audiovisual compositions characterized by the parallel and interdependent development of the equivalent acoustic and visual material. Kapuscinski makes use of computer technologies in order to question traditional concepts of visual and acoustic representation. His performances are audiovisual events revealing their meaning by the interrelation of these two modes of expression.
