Josephine Hofmann
- Biography
Dr. Josephine Hofmann heads the Cooperation and Leadership Team of the ILO and is at the same time Deputy Head of the Corporate Development and Work Design Research Field. The personal consulting and research focus is on new leadership concepts in the working world 4.0, flexible and virtual communication and collaboration, organizational development and change management as well as the development and implementation of new learning and development approaches in demographic change. In addition, Dr. Hofmann works as a lecturer at the University of Public Administration in Ludwigsburg and as an expert of the Commission of the European Communities as well as an expert of the DFG and FFG Austria.
