Biography
Lorenz Erdmann studied musicology and media studies at the Humboldt University Berlin. While being engaged in research projects concerning sonification, visualization and history of sound synthesis, he got into diffusion sound composition. In his work, he seeks to encounter the tangible and corporeal aspects of sound while dealing with analog sound carriers as well as synthesis and immersive sound environments.
